The focus of our search is client satisfaction. Our objective is to identify and attract qualified candidates for the client’s positions and secure the appointment of the preferred candidate. Redij Careers presents its views but the final choice rests with the client.


Confidentiality
Redij Careers respects absolute confidentiality of sensitive information provided to us about a client organization, their plans and its personnel, and likewise, we expect client companies to respect the confidentiality of candidate information.
Communication
We establish appropriate lines of communication with the client at the beginning of an assignment and use them to maintain regular contact throughout the search. Any facts discovered by us in the course of the search are shared with the client and we also expect them to keep us informed of any developments which may affect the search.


Exclusivity
Redij Careers requests that only one recruitment procedure be followed. Thus, clients are requested not to use any other recruitment methods or partners whilst Redij Careers is working on a search (Applicable only on Retained Search /senior level hiring)

Time Scale
We aim to present qualified candidates for interview within the agreed time line. We endeavor to complete the assignment within the stipulated time, although in some cases it may take longer.
No Poach
While working for the Client, Redij Careers HRC will NOT POACH the employees from the company. However, in case the candidates solicit Redij Careers for inquiry on a job opportunity, it will not be treated as "No Poach"; as it is the candidate, who, on his/her own accord would want to search for market opportunities.
